Our sales organization is looking for an experienced administrative support assistant who wants to be part of an award winning sales team.
Requirements:
•Assist VP, sales directors, and sales reps with sales orders
•Track and monitor sales reports for each sales branch office
•Assist with Forecast and Sales database (Sherpa)
•Create order packets in sales database
•Will provide support to SoCal’s Sales Department ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
•Ability to deal with sales reps and customers in a professional and courteous manner and provide accurate and on time paperwork.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:
•Minimum of 2 years experience in Administrative Role
•Knowledge of PC’s and network environments. Must be profecient in Excel, word, and Outlook.
•A valid driver’s license with safe driving record and auto insurance coverage to travel to branch offices
•Good and written communication skills
•Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
•Ability to travel to customer sites, offsite meetings, company related functions, etc, with short notice.
