Description:

Great opportunity for a take-charge person who will assume responsibility for the efficient operation of a busy branch office. This is the perfect position for a detail-oriented person who likes a fast pace and a lot of variety.

Duties:

Provide administrative support for executives and sales managers.

Create proposals and other documents for managers or sales reps.

Greet and director visitors; handle phone inquiries.

Coordinate events and programs.

Ensure the smooth running of the office, including office supplies, orderliness, efficiencies.

Communicate with vendors as necessary.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills. Able to use appropriate assertiveness in all communications.

Advanced level Microsoft Office ability, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

High level communication skills, including in-person, written, and telephone communications.
