Duties:

Dahill is searching for a career minded, enthusiastic B2B sales professional to join our El Paso sales team.

 Job responsibilities include:

  • Identify prospects using online resources, business directories, CRM, and area networks.
  • Introducing and selling Dahill product line to prospects in a designated local territory.
  • Cultivating leads and developing them into qualified prospects.
  • Responsible for scheduling ongoing weekly appointments with decision makers via cold calls over phone or in person.
  • Provide hardware, products and software  solutions to solve customer document workflow issues.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales quota by  performing required daily/weekly activities necessary to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Complete customer needs analysis, draft sales proposals, provide product presentations and demonstrations.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who excel in fast paced, highly competitive sales environment.

  • Exceptional motivation with  "New Business Hunter skills" 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to perform consistently with minimal supervision.
  • Successful in generating business leads via cold calling, visits, and other methods. 
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
  • Valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

  • BS/BA degree and/or 2 plus years of outside sales experience.
  • Consultative sales experience in office products, technology sales, medical supplies or similar industry.
  • Fluent in Spanish
