Duties: |
Business Development Specialists are responsible for: - Identifying prospects using online resources, business directories, CRM, and area networks.
- Responsible for introducing and selling Dahill product line to prospects in designated local territory.
- Provide product, hardware and software solutions to solve customer document workflow issues.
- Schedule fact finding appointments with decision makers and business owners to help qualify lead.
- Continously generate leads and develop them to qualified prospects.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales quota by consistently perfoming required daily/weekly activities necessary to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Complete customer needs analysis, draft proposals, provide product presenations and demonstrations.

Qualifications: |
Desired Skills & Experience Requirements - An exceptional level of motivation, competitiveness, customer driven focus, time management, and multitasking.
- Successful in generating business leads via cold calling, onsite visits with a "New Business Hunter mentality".
- Strong communication, negotation and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation.
Preferred: - BS/BA degree and/or 2 +years of outside sales experience.
- Consultative sales experience with strong account forecasting, planning and prioritizing skills.
- Outside sales experience in office products, hardware/software, medical supplies, advertising or similar industry is preferred.
